ROSEN is looking for a Talent Management Specialist that will be based in Houston, TX.  This position reports directly to the Head of Talent Management and Acquisition and will be part of the Human Resources team.  
 
What role you will play in our team:

Under the local direction of the Head of Talent Management and Acquisition, and global direction of the Head of Company Talent Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the global ROSEN Talent Management Strategy in North America.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?

•    Support implementation of the global ROSEN Talent Management initiatives and processes e.g. performance management, succession management, etc.
•    Coaches, consults and collaborates with HR Business Partners, Head of Human Resources and Managers on HR development related topics in support of employee development. 
•    Further development, implementation and coordination of target group-specific
development concepts for different talent groups.
•    Working in various (international) Talent Management related projects
•    Conception, design, preparation and moderation of workshops and trainings
•    Planning, organizing and coordinating of HR development activities and talent programs
•    Facilitates strategic talent and organizational development workshops for leadership teams and business stakeholders to support alignment of talent with corporate strategy
•    Provides support for the integration of and support of workforce and leadership Behavioral Competencies in relation to Talent Management for ROSEN, including HR systems, processes and tools used in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Individual Development Plans, and other talent development approaches
•    Cooperation with external service providers such as consultants and trainers
•    Reports results and provides analysis of trends and solutions related to talent management, development and organizational development to support continuous improvement in solution and service delivery and to improve outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

•    Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related discipline OR Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years relevant experience 
•    Understanding of Talent Management and Talent Development functions 

Qualification or Skills:

•    Strong communication, presentation and group facilitation skills
•    Robust organization and time management skills
•    Agile learner, adept at working through change, working across cultures and differences, readily sees and values different perspectives, and adjusts accordingly
•    Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter-experts in the design and facilitation of programs and courses
•    Proven adaptability and flexibility with strong self-motivation 
•    Works well in both a team environment and individually with minimal supervision
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suites
•    Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
•    Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred
