ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Regional Training & Education Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying training needs and target qualifications for all departments based on discussions with department managers and inputs from HR out of performance & development reviews
  • Ensuring that annual training plans are developed in line with the business needs of the local organization, especially the timing
  • Following-up training and qualification status for the employees, based on the agreed training plans
  • Identifying additional training needs based on inputs to continuously improve the performance 
  • Implementing a sustainable and professional Training & Education process in line with the Corporate guidelines and procedures
  • Ensuring all training activities are performed in compliance with the industry standards and local regulations
  • Evaluation and continuous improvement of training efficiency & effectiveness
  • Providing the relevant metrics to all stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification or Skills:

  • 5 + years of training experienced preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Good Organization and Time Management Skills.
  • Work individually, as well as in a team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other web based systems.
