We are currently seeking a qualified permanent full-time Service Manager to lead our RoCD UT (Ultrasonic Testing for cracks) Service Line based in Houston, TX to support ROSEN’s USA, Canada, Mexico, and Central American regions. The role will report to the Head of Business Field – Diagnostic Solutions and will work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure success of the service line.
What will I be doing?
The Service Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Achieving defined service performance targets (e.g. Order Intake and Revenue) for RoCD UT in North America
• Monitoring financial performance and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Working with sales, marketing, operations, and support staff to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Developing and execute regional market level strategies and messaging for our RoCD UT service offering that is aligned with company objectives and goals
• Conducting market research and gather customer insights to interpret regulation changes, identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to RoCD UT
• Calibrating pricing for the RoCD UT service based off market research and competitor pricing
• Collecting ideas, feedback, and operator insights to help guide the development of existing and future services
• Coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to define UT Crack Service market messaging
• Ensuring that the service strategy is understood and lived by all relevant stakeholders and regularly updated

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in business/service/product line management, business strategy, sales, or working for a pipeline operator
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving experience. Candidate must be able to analyze data effectively and present findings to management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to articulate sophisticated business problems; ability to lead cross-functional discussions and align with key collaborators in a matrix org structure
• A self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership of projects
• You are well organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask. You are able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Desired but not required:
o Strong understanding of factors impacting pipeline integrity, especially around cracking is a plus
o Experience and understanding of the business drivers for the inspection/asset integrity industry is a plus
o Experience supporting operations in USA, Canada, Mexico, and Central American countries is a plus
