ROSEN is looking for a Principal Sales Manager that will be based in Houston, TX.  This position reports directly to the Head of Distribution Office and will be a part of the Sales team.  

Responsibilities:

What role you will play in our team

Strengthen the long-term partnerships between ROSEN USA and select markets by maintaining an extensive network (breadth & depth) of relationships across the industry and within the broader ROSEN Group. Demonstrate this knowledge of the market (customers, competitors), its regulatory bodies and trade associations, as well as the ROSEN Product & Service portfolio by sharing best practices as a recognized subject matter expert and mentor within the Sales team.
 
What will I be doing?
The Principal Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
•    Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSEN’s Vision and Mission
•    Recognizing and developing new service, product, and solution opportunities in current and adjacent markets
•    Having a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements
•    Generating and achieving sales goals (submitted proposals, order intake, turnover) by growing existing accounts and securing contracts with new customers
•    Collaborate with Business Execution on business growth targets for assigned markets, participate in annual budget planning and help define content for annual sales workshop
•    Support Head of Sales with defining required resources to meet growth objectives 
•    Support Technical Solution Lead for select projects, performing required technical risk assessments and recommending appropriate solutions
•    Perform first-level review of contract documents (for own accounts) and make recommendations to the Legal department to ensure timely and effective contract negotiations
•    Track regulatory and competitive activity to ensure ROSEN maintains/grows market share, provide market updates to the sales team with response recommendations
•    Act as ambassador of ROSEN externally through participation in select trade associations or committees, in collaboration with Stakeholder Engagement

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education & Experience
•    More than 10 years of related & relevant Sales experience in the pipeline integrity industry 
•    Membership and involvement in relevant trade associations
•    Have presented at and/or co-authored presentations for industry conferences or publications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field, Business Administration, or related experience

Qualification or Skills:

Required Skills
•    Able to complete Commercial and Technical Risk Assessments and lead complex sales and contract negotiations at a regional level
•    Demonstrate awareness of strategic implications in the market
•    Sought out to provide an expert voice in the development of innovative new CVP’s for key customers
•    Ability to travel +50% is required
•    Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics CRM)
