ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Pipeline Integrity Engineer to assist with Pipeline Integrity related services

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Engineering support for Pipeline Integrity Projects.
  • Evaluate Integrity Assessment Results.
  • Development of pipeline risk equations.
  • Lead & facilitate customer Pipeline integrity Workshops.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers.
  • Close working relationship with ROSEN’s software development group.
  • Stay current with the pipeline regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods, repair methods, etc.
  • Assist with developing the scope of Pipeline Integrity projects, integration and analysis of data, as well as report preparation and presentation to clients.
  • Work with management within customer’s organization.
  • Support the project management group during the implementation phase.
  • Support organization during conferences and other industry events.
  • Development and presenting industry papers and publications.
  • Work/support ROSEN commercial teams

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification or Skills:

  • Any combination of education or experience which yields the desired knowledge;
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Formal education in Pipeline Integrity (i.e. NACE Courses) is desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Pipeline Integrity Engineering – inspection, risk assessment, prevention, design, corrosion control, construction, etc.
  • Technical knowledge and work experience in pipeline risk management and analysis.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of the various Federal and State pipeline regulations including Integrity Management regulations.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
