Intern - System Implementation

ROSEN is looking for a System Implementation Intern that will be based in Houston, Texas. This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and will be a part of the System Implementation team.  
 
What role you will play in our team
The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to the business. Over the course of the twelve (12) week program, participants will be responsible for various projects that will support the Engineering department. Project details will be finalized at a later date. 

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
•    Receive on-the-job training, experiences, and project assignments
•    Participate in an orientation program for interns
•    Be provided with a list of learning goals to complete during the internship
•    Attend regularly scheduled training sessions
•    Have opportunities to meet and interact with organizational leadership
•    Take part in ongoing coaching and mentorship conversations
•    Present on assigned projects during the internship program
•    Be invited to social and networking activities with fellow interns
•    Receive an overall evaluation at the conclusion of the internship

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?
•    Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
•    Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Junior and expected to graduate December 2026 or May 2027 

Qualification or Skills:

•    A self-motivated, proactive individual who is able to work independently 
•    Available to work a hybrid office schedule for 12 continuous weeks (May - August) 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Outlook, Python, Java or C++
•    Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
•    United States applicants only, relocation assistance and sponsorship not available
