ROSEN is looking for a Field Operations Intern that will be based in Houston, Texas. This position reports directly to the Head of Field Operations and will be a part of the Field Operations team.  
 
What role you will play in our team
The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to the business. Over the course of the twelve (12) week program, participants will be responsible for various projects that will support the Field Operations department. Project details will be finalized at a later date.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
•    Receive on-the-job training, experiences, and project assignments
•    Participate in an orientation program for interns
•    Be provided with a list of learning goals to complete during the internship
•    Attend regularly scheduled training sessions
•    Have opportunities to meet and interact with organizational leadership
•    Take part in ongoing coaching and mentorship conversations
•    Present on assigned projects during the internship program
•    Be invited to social and networking activities with fellow interns
•    Receive an overall evaluation at the conclusion of the internship

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?
•    Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business
•    Available to work an office schedule for 12 continuous weeks (May - August) 
•    Able to participate in on-site visits
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Outlook
•    United States applicants only, relocation assistance and sponsorship not available.

Physical Requirements: 
•    Lift, carry, and transfer inspection toolboxes weighing up to 65 lbs between pallet, storage, and truck at varying heights (floor to 63.5"), occasionally up to 1 time per hour.
•    Lift and handle inspection equipment poles weighing up to 20 lbs from knee to waist height, up to 5 times per hour.
•    Lift and position a push plate weighing up to 50 lbs from floor to 20" height, up to 1 time per hour.
•    Perform bodyweight lifts up to 10 times per hour.
•    Horizontally transfer inspection toolboxes to storage with mechanical assistance (force up to 65 lbs over 5 feet), up to 1 time per hour.
•    Horizontally transfer inspection toolboxes and equipment to truck with mechanical assistance (force up to 30 lbs over 30 feet), up to 1 time per hour.
•    Assume and hold a squatting posture for 10 seconds to stabilize push plate/equipment at 20" height, up to 5 times per hour.
•    Complete all required lifts consecutively, twice, within a 60-minute timeframe.
