ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ an In-Line Inspection – Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Through the performance of daily tasks, and in cooperation with other department process functions, execute all aspects of the L1 and L2 Data Analysis process per ROSEN policies and procedures.
  • Receive pipeline In-line inspection data from ROSEN sub-processes, check for quality and quantity using ROSEN proprietary software, procedures, and specifications. 
  • Analyze and interpret In-Line Inspection signal data to identify both references and anomalies.
  • Perform In-Line Inspection data correlation and compare individual results of different inspections.
  • Configure, prepare, and manipulate software for customer.
  • Report data analysis results in a variety of report deliverables in accordance with project reporting requirements.
  • Provide project status updates to Evaluation lead.

REQUIREMENTS

 

 

Qualification or Skills:

  • A four - year degree or equivalent work experience in a related area is preferred. A minimum  two - year degree in a technical discipline is required.
  • Satisfactory completion of the required training and experience as required by ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2017 per applicable technology.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills. 
  • Detail oriented/organizational skills required.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and easily.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project deadlines.

  • Must be able to read a Jaeger Number 2 or equivalent type and size letters at a distance of not less than 30 centimeters / 12 inches on a standard Jaeger test chart.
  • Differentiation of colors is critical to job performance with the UCD and AFD technologies; must be able to pass the Ishihara Test for Color Deficiency. 
  • Successfully complete a drug screen test, background check and physical performance evaluation including a vision exam as applicable to the position
