ROSEN is looking for a Controller that will be based in Houston, TX.  This position reports directly to the Head of Finance and will be a part of the Finance team. 

Responsibilities:

What role you will play in our team

The Financial Business Analyst supports ROSEN in standardized reporting of business and financial data, development of performance indicators, and acts as a consultant and business partner. This role ensures regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation for respective legal entities.

 What will I be doing?

Transparent and Effective Reporting:
o    Support regular reporting at both group and entity levels, including comments and initiation of respective measures.
o    Provide ad-hoc analyses and identify consolidation and analysis needs.
o    Standardize business reporting and identify optimization potentials in the reporting framework.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
o    Develop and implement processes, methods, and guidelines for budgeting and forecasting.
o    Ensure and develop internal cost and managerial accounting.
o    Support and consult on the development and continuous improvement of project-controlling processes and methods.
Performance Indicators and Business Consulting:
o    Determine and create performance indicators, providing support and consulting to business partners.
o    Support and consult on business development activities, business plans, and cases.
o    Consult and provide regular reporting on business and process data, and respective KPIs.
Reporting Infrastructure:
o    Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure, setting up and developing reporting systems and underlying software.
o    Ensure data availability and define flows for providing reporting information.
o    Set up and define systems for reporting relevant KPIs, including defining flows to derive relevant data for reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
•    Background in finance, with practical experience in financial operations and flows.
•    Experience in project management and familiarity with project environments.
•    Educational background and/or substantial experience in business or operational controlling.

Qualification or Skills:

•    Good written and verbal English communication skills
•    Proficient presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate across all management and organizational levels.
•    Holistic thinking, comprehension of complex contexts
•    Strong affinity to ERP Systems and data analytic tools
•    Strong ability to conception and strategic thinking
•    Creative, out-of-the-box mindset
•    Good Microsoft Office Skills
