ROSEN is looking for a Contract Analyst that will be based in Houston, TX. This position reports directly to the Head of Compliance & Legal and will be a part of the Compliance & Legal team.
What role you will play in our team:
The Contract Analyst is a member of the Compliance & Legal Department and is responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, risk analysis and mitigation, compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations, and providing training covering policy and legal issues.
What will I be doing?
• Contract analysis and drafting
• Contract negotiations

• Policy review, revisions, and drafting
• Training on policy and legal issues
• Maintaining contract files in accordance with ROSEN’s Legal Contract Management system
• Review, edit, negotiate provisions and adhere to ROSEN standard provisions and standard operating procedures.
• Adapt ROSEN standard provisions to resolve conflicts in contract negotiations; resolve contract issues, mitigate or avoid high risk liability.
What are we looking for?
• Relevant bachelor’s degree with an understanding of applicable law and regulations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating complex service agreements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing compliance issues
• Exceptional, demonstrable aptitude for written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict in a win-win manner.
• Ability to work with strong personalities.
• Capable of taking lead role with senior management on issues pertaining to relevant contracts.
• Strong analytical skills associated with developing and utilizing contracting measures and initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including logical thought processes, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Self-motivated with the ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and work with minimal direction
• Management of contract lifecycle management systems.
