Marketing Intern

ROSEN is looking for a Marketing Intern that will be based in Calgary.  This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will be a part of the North American Marketing team.
 

Responsibilities:

What role you will play in our team

The primary purpose of this role is to support the North American Marketing Team. We recently had a Brand Sharpening Activity which included a launch of a new PowerPoint Template. We need support converting existing PowerPoints from the old version to the new one. This will include recreating tables, graphs and using digital assets to enhance the PowerPoints and assist users with getting the most out if the new template. This will start with most critical and most used files and then progress into other areas as time allows. 

In addition to the above the incumbent will be included in team meetings and support the following:

•    Planning customer facing events
•    The Online Employee store
•    Marcomm planning
•    Marcom tactics
•    Internal Communications 
•    Writing articles
•    Additional tasks as required

What will I be doing?
•    Attend Intern Orientation (abbreviated version of what we offer our new Marketers)
•    Attend weekly scheduled meeting with the Marketing team
•    Opportunities to meet and interact with Senior Leadership at ROSEN 
•    Participate in continuous coaching conversations with a mentor that is assigned to work directly with you
•    Be provided with an overall evaluation at the end of your Internship
•    Be provided with a list of learning goals to complete during the Internship
•    Receive on the job training, experiences, projects and activities

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?
•    Pursuing a Marketing, Design, or Communications Degree
•    Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
•    Available to work a minimum of 10 - 12 continuous weeks

Qualification or Skills:

•    Excellent writing skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Must have valid work authorization in Canada.
