ROSEN is looking for a Quality Specialist that will be based in Houston, TX.  This position reports directly to the Head of Advisory and will be a part of the Quality team.  
 

Responsibilities:


•    Participating in the implementation of a quality system
•    Provide expertise on specific quality systems and standards
•    Assist personnel in applying quality systems and / or specific standards
•    Planning, execution and closure of assigned projects
•    Planning and execution of day to day tasks
•    Expertise transfer about quality systems and / or standards to respective functions
•    Supporting internal and external audits 
•    Follow up on action items from internal and external audits
•    Driving a continuous improvement process. 
•    Providing improvement and decision proposals.

REQUIREMENTS


•    Candidate shall have a higher professional education, Bachelor degree preferred. 
•    Comparable work experience will be considered.
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality management, Project management or Process Professional (ROSEN) within the oil and gas industries preferred.

Qualification or Skills:

•    Working knowledge and expertise in API Q1 standards
•    Working knowledge and expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
•    Consistent track record of meeting performance objectives 
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills and high level of customer and service-focus
•    Excellent Interpersonal skills – Ability to work well within a team
•    Technical aptitude to enable understanding of internal customer needs. 
•    Ability to read and interpret regulations, work procedures, technical instructions and technical references is a plus. 
•    Well-developed planning and reporting skills 
•    Willingness and ability to travel as required
